Pastor Dexter Cannon
Dexter Cannon is a native of Greenwood, South Carolina and currently resides in Richmond, Virginia. Rev. Cannon is Pastor of the First Union Baptist Church in Mechanicsville, VA. Rev. Cannon received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from South Carolina State University and the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. Rev. Cannon is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Preaching and Leadership at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. Rev. Cannon has been described as "wise beyond his years" and able to connect with all ages. Pastor Cannon also serves as an officer of local, state, and national conventions.
